It appears from the aforesaid report that the encroachment over the public land has duly been removed.

In view of the above, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further. The contempt application stands disposed of.

The instruction given by the Inspector-inCharge, Amdanga Police Station dated 30th May, 2022 be retained with the records.
