Mr. Khondker Samiul Haque, learned Counsel representing the appellant submits that the appellant is no more willing to proceed with the appeal and has requested him to withdraw the appeal. The learned Counsel has produced a copy of the letter dated 7th March, 2022 in this regard.

In view of the aforesaid, the appeal being FA 55 of 2020 along with the connected applications, being CAN 1 of 2019 (Old No: CAN 7305 of 2019) and CAN 2 of 2019 (Old No: CAN 7306 of 2019) are dismissed as withdrawn. All interim orders stand vacated.
