This is an application wherein the appellant contended that during pendency of the appeal, appellant no.1 Kamal Kanta Nayek expired on July 29, 2015, appellant no.2 Jaymal Molla expired on March 1, 2007, appellant no.7 Kalam Khan expired on March 22, 2018 and appellant no.8 Jiad Ali Molla expired on January 21, 2011 but, in spite of the fact they have died long back, the appellant herein has not taken steps for substitution of their legal heirs. Accordingly, the death of the aforesaid appellant no.1, 2, 7 and 8 are recorded as prayed by the petitioner.

The application being CAN 7 of 2001 is, accordingly, disposed of.
