It has been submitted by Mr. Majumder, learned advocate representing the university that the university has decided not to give any effect to the order dated December 22, 2022, appearing at page 224 of the writ petition.

Mr.

Majumder further submits that the university has decided to proceed against the petitioner by initiating a full-fledged disciplinary proceeding. In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition. The order dated December 22, 2022 is hereby set aside.

Accordingly, WPA 410 of 2023 is disposed of.
