It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner there was a romantic relationship between two young persons. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate for the de-facto complainant does not oppose the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner contends there was a romantic relationship between themselves. De-facto complainant does not oppose this fact. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not necessary and he may be granted anticipatory bail. 5.

Accordingly, we direct in the event of arrest, the accused/petitioner, namely, Raj Sabjee @ Raj Sabji, be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting Signed By : ARUP KUMAR DAS High Court of Calcutta 13 th of January 2025 04:04:17 PM
