Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case for alleged recovery of 238 bottles of Phensedyl and 1,954 ampules of Buprenorphine. Petitioner is in custody for 10 months and chargesheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional Court. Further charge has already been framed.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. I have taken into account the quantum of seizure of two contraband items from the possession of the petitioner. Be that as it may, having considered the quantum of recovery I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail,at this stage.

The petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after evidence of the seizure list witnesses are over. Accordingly, the bail application being CRM(NDPS) 66 of 2026 is dismissed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
