I direct the petitioner to do the same in course of the day. The School Education Department is also not made a party. I direct the petitioner to add the School Education Department a party respondent in course of the day.

This is a matter filed by one transgender person who has submitted through his lawyer that despite having qualification and despite he passed in TET 2014 and also in 2017, he has not been considered for any appointment though the Supreme Court passed an order some years back, particularly in 2014

(reported in 2014 5 SCC 438 being Annexure P-5 vide paragraph 135.3) and the petitioner's submission as to begging in the traffic signals of the street of this city, is really unfortunate.

Therefore, I direct the Chief Secretary to the Government of West Bengal to call a meeting within a period of thirty days from the date of communication of this order where the learned advocate for the petitioner and also Backward Classes department shall remain present and the Government policy is to be explained to them in respect of this matter. The reasoned order of this hearing is to be passed by 45 days from the date of communication of this order. Such meeting can be called for more than one occasion but not more than five occasions in thirty days.

I direct the petitioner to communicate this order immediately to the Chief Secretary, Government of West Bengal.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
