No.1138 Rakib submits that the petitioners are presently being allowed to operate their account maintained at HDFC Bank, Park Circus Branch.

Learned advocate appearing for the HDFC Bank submits written instruction which reflects that the A/C No. 50200098475270 has been regularized on and from 06.05.2025 after due diligence and verification of the account by the concerned bank.

Learned advocate for the State is present and has earlier submitted the report.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner's grievance has been addressed by the bank, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 515 of 2025 is disposed of.

Written instructions submitted by the HDFC Bank be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
