1. The instant matter is listed today under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of department since in the order dated 18th December, 2025, at the heading two case numbers being CR 3415 of 1977 and CR 3416 of 1977 are missing.

2. In view of such, let the following, namely: 'CR 3415 of 1977 and CR 3416 of 1977' be incorporated with CR 3414 of 1977 at the heading of the order dated 18th December, 2025.

3. Department is directed to carry out necessary correction in the order dated 18th December, 2025, in terms of this order.

4. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 18th December, 2025.
