The Regional Manager, Oriental Insurance Company Limited Mr. Krishanu Banik ...for the appellants/petitioners Mr. Parimal Kumar Pahari ...for the respondent/Insurance Company In Re: CAN/4/2022 Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners/appellants has referred the Aadhaar Card of claimant no.2 and prays for correction of the name, and according to age appearing in the Aadhaar Card correction is necessary for recording the age of majority.

After perusal of the Aadhaar Card of claimant no.2 annexed with the application, I find that the necessary correction should be made in the cause-title of the appeal, where name of claimant no.2 be recorded as Ahana Ghosh instead of Anana Ghosh.

In terms of her date of birth it is recorded that Ahana Ghosh, claimant no.2 has already attained the age of majority by lapse of time.

Necessary correction be incorporated by the department.

The application being IA NO: CAN/4/2022 stands disposed of.
