The death has been treated as a suicide till now. The petitioner named some persons who, according to the petitioner, are responsible for his wife's death.

Counsel for the State submits that U.D.

Case being Beniapukur Police Station Case No.66 dated February 3, 2021 has been registered and is being investigated.

This Court directs the Beniapukur Police Station to take into consideration the petitioner's complaint dated August 6, 2021 in course of investigation into the Beniapukur Police Station

Case No.66 dated February 3, 2021, as also the other documents annexed to the writ petition. It is expected that a final report shall be filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Copy of such final report may be made available to the counsel for the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
