Mr. Vaisya, learned AGP submits that the Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal, the respondent no. 2 herein, by a reasoned order bearing Memo No : 01/LS/RO/IC/41/LS/2023 dated January 19, 2024 has resolved the grievance of the petitioner holding that the petitioner is entitled to the pensionary benefits in accordance with her last pay drawn, he files a copy of the said reasoned order, let it be kept with the record. Mr. Banerjee, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no grievance against the said reasoned order. In view of such development, no further order(s) need be passed in the present matter, W.P.A.
