Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier. Subsequently charge-sheet has been filed. Submission of charge-sheet crystallises accusation and prima facie rules out false implication. Accordingly, this is an incriminating and not an extenuating change in circumstance which would justify review of our earlier order rejecting anticipatory bail.
