The appellant submits that appellant no. 1 is a registered society and the present second appeal was filed by the then Secretary, of the above named appellant no.

1. It is mentioned that the meeting of Asansol Goshala working Committee was held on 6.2.2022 at Shib Mandir Road and the committee has been reconstituted. Accordingly, the members of the newly reconstituted committed of Asansol Goshala may be substituted under Order 22 rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure in place of and instead of the previous committee member. Prayer is allowed.

The department is directed to make necessary correction in the cause title.

Accordingly, CAN 5 of 2022 is disposed of.
