This application is filed at the behest of the appellants with a prayer for getting permission to perform "Jagadhatri Puja" on and from 20th October, 2025 to 01st November, 2025 over the suit premises. 2.

Both the parties are represented by the learned advocates.

It is said by the learned advocate for the respondent that they intend to file Affidavit-inOpposition to the application filed by the appellants being CAN/19/2025.

Respondent is directed to file Affidavit-inOpposition to the application filed by the appellants on the reopening date i.e., 24th October, 2025 and reply thereto, if any, within 27th October, 2025.
