CBI ....for the State There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection dated April 20, 2022 passed in CRM 8969 of 2021.

The police case relates to post poll violence. There are statements recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code as well as under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code thereof implicating the petitioner. Considering the gravity of the offence, the complicity of the petitioner in the incident, and the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection.

We are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. C.R.M.(DB) 69 of 2023 is rejected.
