Petitioner is in custody for 377 days. He submits he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. He prays for bail. Learned Senior Government Advocate opposes the prayer for bail. He submits petitioner was identified in the T. I. Parade. Stolen mobile phone was recovered pursuant to the disclosure statement of the petitioner.

We have considered the materials on record. There are sufficient incriminating materials against the petitioner in committing dacoity.

In view of the aforesaid materials on record and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
