It appears that the petitioners are unable to furnish a local surety. The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail on January 19, 2021.

In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two registered sureties to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. All other conditions of the order dated January 19, 2021 will remain the same.

CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
