PP, Mr. Arijit Ganguly .. for the State The present criminal revision has been preferred praying for direction for expeditious hearing of the proceedings before the trial Court being Bharatpur Police Station Case No. 254 of 2018 (GR -1411 of 2018) under Sections 143/325/326/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge , Kandi Murshidabad.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner but the learned counsel for the State is present.

Accordingly, the present revision is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The revisonal application being CRR 72 of 2022 stands disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
