Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the owner of the truck. Truck had been hired to carry consigned articles. The truck with the articles have been waylaid. Stolen articles have not yet been recovered. Custodial interrogation for recovery of stolen articles is necessary.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
