Case No. 1668 of 2019 arising out of Haldia Police Station Case No. 124 of 2019 dated 13th November, 2019 for alleged commission of offences punishable under Section 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldia.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, though the learned counsel for the State is present.

Accordingly, the present criminal revision is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The revisonal application being CRR 73 of 2022 stands disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
