For the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the Matrimonial Suit No.686 of 2017 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Court, Purba Bardhaman.

According to the contents of this application, the case was adjourned on numerous occasions due to resolution of the local Bar Association. However, considering the nature of prayer, i.e., expeditious disposal, I find hardly any necessity to ask for service of notice upon the opposite party. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite party stands dispensed with. Accordingly, learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Court, Purba Bardhaman, is requested to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No.686 of 2017, as expeditious as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties to the suit.

With the above observation, the revisional application, being CO 65 of 2023, stands disposed of. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to bring this order to the notice of the learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Court, Purba Bardhaman, forthwith.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
