The grievance of the petitioners is directed against the holding of an election of the Dalbarh Gramsava Krishi Unnayan Samity Ltd.

Learned counsel on behalf of the Election Commission is present and submits that the Election Commission would be in a position to hold the election within three months from date.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the parties, WPA 486 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the Election Commission to conclude the election of the

aforesaid Society within a period of three months from date.

The police is directed to render all assistance to conduct the election.
