We are told that Mr. Ranjan Bachawat, learned senior advocate for the appellants has fallen ill with Covid and that the returnable date of the applications before the learned court below as mentioned in our judgment and order dated 13th January, 2022 be extended.

In those circumstances, we modify the said order dated 13th January, 2022 by substituting 31st January, 2022 for 20th January, 2022 in the

phrase "not later than 20th January, 2022" at page 4 of the original signed order.
