07.2.25 This revisional application has been filed challenging the order dated June 17, 2021 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 3rd Court at Howrah in Title Suit No. 856 of 2019 whereby the learned Trial Court granted an application seeking police help for implementation of an interim order.

None appears on behalf of either of the parties on and from November 18, 2024.

Several dates were fixed in the matter since then.

Under such circumstances, the revisional application being CO 47 of 2022 stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
