The opposite party shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case. This Court is informed that the case is pending since 2019 and was transferred to the learned trial Court on June 24, 2024. The learned trial Court is directed to take the proceedings to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

With the above observations and directions the instant revisional application being CRR No. 122 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
