Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the police filed charge-sheet. There are statements recorded under Section 161 of the eye-witnesses implicating the petitioner hurling bombs.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM(A) 121 of 2022, is rejected.
