Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed any further with the matter.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.5 raises an objection thereto and submits that a police inaction matter initiated by the respondent no.5 is dependent upon the adjudication sought by the petitioner in this matter.

It is further submitted that the issue raised in the present writ petition ought to be decided finally. 4.

However, no valuable right of the respondent no.5 is taken away by merely permitting the petitioner to withdraw the petitioner's own writ petition.

In the event the respondent no.5 has any independent cause of action, it is always open to the respondent no.5 to pursue the same.

Accordingly, WPA 388 of 2024 is dismissed for nonprosecution without any order as to costs. 7.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
