Perused the office report dated 05.08.2023 and the solemn orders dated 05.12.2022 & 16.02.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Courts.

It appears from the solemn order dated 05.12.2022 that the Hon'ble Court has been pleased to direct interalia, "Requisites under the report are to be put in within six weeks.

In default, put up for final order."

It appears from the solemn order dated 16.02.2023 that the Hon'ble Court has been pleased to direct interalia, "On the prayer of the learned Counsel for the appellants, time to comply with the order dated 5th December, 2022 is peremptorily extended by two weeks from date. In default, the appeal shall stands dismissed without any further reference of this Court and in that event, the interim order, if any, shall stand vacated."

It appears from the said office report and the solemn order dated 16.02.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Court that in spite of having the knowledge, requisites for effecting service of notice of appeal upon the respondent nos.2 & 3 by speed post with A.D have not yet been filed by the Ld. Advocate for the appellants.

Thus in view of the non-compliance of the solemn order dated 16.02.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Court the instant appeal being F.M.A-608/2018 stands dismissed.
