Mr. Anindya Bose Ms. Ruma Das Maity Mr. Mridul Biswas...............for the petitioner Learned advocate for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court that Misc. Case No. 115 of 2023 is pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Calcutta. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the fact of grievance is that huge arrears have accumulated. The next date before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Calcutta is fixed on 20th February, 2024.

The learned Magistrate would exhaust the process of law for the purposes of implementation of the orders passed and relating to its recovery until and unless the opposite parties are in a position to show or produce any document that the orders relating to monetary relief and/or any other relief under the PWDV Act has been interfered with by the higher Court. Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Calcutta would fix at least one date in a month till the whole process of law is exhausted.

With the aforesaid observations, C.R.R. 80 of 2024 is disposed of.
