1. The Treasury Officer, Kalna, Purba Bardhaman has made payment of the major portions except the payment of the mother's share of pension to siblings. 2.

It is submitted that one of the siblings could not appear before the Treasury Officer, Kalna, Purba Bardhaman due to illness.

Upon the said sibling producing necessary documents before the Treasury Officer, Kalna, Purba Bardhaman, it is expected that all payments are released to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of. 5.

Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
