Mr. Suman Sengupta, learned Counsel appearing for the relevant medical college also confirms the same. A copy of the relevant communication dated March 29, 2023 issued by the relevant medical college authority being handed over to Court is kept on record.

In view of the above, this writ petition being WPA 453 of 2023 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
