And In the matter of : Biswajit Mondal @ Biswanath Mondal @ Biswajit ...... petitioner Mr. Tapodip Gupta ....for the petitioner Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty ....for the State Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Petitioner stands declared as a proclaimed offender. Prayer for bail of co-accused was rejected by the coordinate Bench on December 19, 2023 passed in CRM(DB) 4520 of 2023.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail is rejected. CRM(A) 76 of 2024 is disposed of.
