This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by non-consideration of her prayer by the concerned school authorities.

The case of the petitioner is that the Board of Secondary Education (hereinafter referred to as the 'Board') has allowed the petitioner to join the concerned school and directed the school authorities to take steps for regularisation of the period of leave of the petitioner in terms of the Board's order as per the existing Leave Rules of the Board. The Board has further directed the school authorities to send a report with regard to the compliance of the above directions.

It is to be noted that the petitioner has joined the school on January 25, 2021.

In light of the same, nothing remains in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
