Upon adverting to the order dated 6th February, 2020, Mr.

Samim Ahammed, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the evidence of petitioner/husband was closed on 6th February, 2020.

In view of the last progress of the pending Matrimonial Suit, and the nature of the order proposed to be made in this case, service of notice of this application upon the opposite party is considered to be not necessary. Accordingly, service of notice upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

Learned District Judge, Birbhum at Suri is directed to ensure expeditious disposal of Mat. Suit No.216 of 2017, preferably within a period of eighteen

(18) months from the date of communication of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

While endeavouring such exercise, the interlocutory application, if there be any pending, must be disposed of, and both the parties to this case should be provided with sufficient opportunity of hearing. With this direction/observation, the instant revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities. (Subhasis Dasgupta, J.)
