1. This petition is filed with a prayer for leave to file appeal against the judgment and order dated 22.11.2023 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 18th Court in connection with CS 24732 of 2023, whereby learned Judge acquitted the accused under Sections 256(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for none appearance of the complainant and also for not filing any show cause in compliance with the order of the Court.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant and also perused the judgment impugned.

3. Leave is granted to the appellant to file appeal within the statutory period.
