The writ petition was upgraded at the instance of the petitioners. However, none appears on behalf of the petitioners when the writ petition has been called. None appears for the State also. Accordingly, Ms.

Rupsha Chakraborty, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

I have considered the contents of the information furnished with the Officer-in-Charge, Singur Police Station which relates to certain illegal construction. The said representation was made on or about 13.12.2022. More than 27 months are over. If the petitioners are faced with fresh inconveniences, they will furnish a fresh information to the Officer-inCharge, Singur Police Station since the passage of time may result in change of circumstances.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 461 of 2023 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
