Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the authority in compliance with the order passed by this Court on 17th August, 2022.

This Court has no jurisdiction to deal with the said order on merits in the present application. The applicant/petitioner is at liberty to assail the order before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

It appears from the affidavit of compliance that the order under contempt has been substantially complied with.

In view of the above, the contempt application being CPAN 35 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs.
