Affidavit of service as filed, be kept on record. 2.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.6, her grandson, allegedly forcing her to leave the ancestral house and to hand over the possession of the property to the said grandson.

The respondent No.5 has filed a report, copy whereof is kept on record. It appears from the report that the respondent No.6 has been residing abroad, in the United States of America since August, 2013 and has not made any communication with the petitioner, save and except a telephone call, some in 2024. It appears from the report that the said respondent No.6 has not travelled to India since 2013.

The petitioner has not filed any police complaint or any criminal action against the respondent No.6 alleging such complaints as made in the instant petition.

In view of the aforestated, it appears that the petitioner's grievance is premature, if not ill-founded.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8. Since affidavits have not been called for, allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied.
