The petitioner has challenged the proceedings arising out of Berhampore P. S. Case No. 1175 of 2019 dated 13.09.2019. The Investigating Authorities on conclusion of investigation has submitted chargesheet before the jurisdictional court. . Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Tanmoy Kumar Ghosh, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities in due course. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being a doctor has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case and there are no independent witness to support the chargesheet. In fact, there are no injury report also. The issues involved are question of facts. Petitioner would be at

liberty to canvass such points which have been advanced in the present revisional application at the stage of consideration of charges by taking out an appropriate application. No interference is required by this court at this stage.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 75 of 2023 is disposed of. All Pending applications, if any, are disposed of accordingly.
