Perused the office report dated 09.06.2023 /04.08.2023 and the solemn order dated 29.09. 2011 passed by the Hon'ble Court.

It appears from the said office report that eight (08) copies of paper books in connection with the instant appeal have been filed in the Paper Book Section on 05.04.2013. Among these copies two (02) copies of paper books have been served upon Ms Shila Sarkar, Ld. Advocate for the appellants on 17.04.2023 and one (01) copy of paper book has been served upon Rinku Pachhal, Ld. Advocate for the sole respondent on 17.04.2023 as per the card register of the First Appeal Section.

Thus the paper books have been served upon both the parties and the instant appeal is ready for hearing.

The department is directed to proceed in accordance with law.
