Matter has come up at the instance of the petitioner for incorporating correction in paragraph-15 to include that revisional application is allowed to qua the petitioner. 2.

On careful perusal of the records it appears in paragraph-15, which was very specifically accusation against the petitioner cannot stand otherwise it would be travesty of justice. Therefore, it is necessary to incorporate specifically qua <petitioner= as it is apparent from the nature of order.

There is no need for correction of this order passed by this Court dated 27.01.2026.

Other portion of this order shall remain unaltered. 5.
