This present appeal is directed against the order dated 25th September, 2019 passed by the Learned Single Judge. When the present appeal is taken up for hearing by us Mr. Subhajit Panja, Learned Advocate representing the appellant submits before this Court that he does not want to proceed with the appeal and prays for leave to file a fresh writ petition.

We have heard the submissions made on behalf of the appellant and acceding to the request made on behalf of the appellant, we dismiss the appeal as not being pressed with the liberty upon the Learned Advocate for the appellant to take steps in accordance with law, if so advised. The appeal, being F.M.A. 514 of 2020 and its connected application, being IA No. CAN 1 of 2019(Old No. CAN 10877 of 2019) stand dismissed as not pressed.
