1. Learned counsel for the DPPG submits that the PPO has been issued on 27th January, 2023. The benefits thereunder must have been received by the petitioner.

2. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the contempt application any further.

3. Hence, CPAN 36 of 2023 shall stand disposed of.

4. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
