1. On perusal of the writ petition it appears that all the respondents are stationed outside the State of West Bengal. Therefore, it appears that this Court does not have territorial jurisdiction to entertain this writ petition.

2. It is also submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that petitioner participated in the selection process which was conducted in Jammu and Kashmir.

3. Hence, it is found that this Court does not have territorial jurisdiction to entertain the writ petition and accordingly same stands dismissed.

4. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach the Court having jurisdiction on the self same cause of action.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
