Inadvertent typographical error had crept in the order dated 30th April, 2025.

In paragraph 8 at page 3 of the order dated 30th April, 2025, the words 'With the above direction, the present writ petition is dismissed.' be read as 'With the above directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. 4.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.

The application being CAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly, disposed of.
