1. Accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the petitioner, but same is refused since on 12th June, 2025 similar prayer was made which was allowed thereby direction was given that matter to be listed in the combined monthly list of August, 2025.

2. Petitioner has prayed for child care leave for the period from 30th August, 2019 to 16th September, 2019.

3. A communication dated 26th March, 2025 is filed issued by the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Bankura and same is taken on record.

4. On perusal of the said communication dated 26th March, 2025, it appears that the Headmaster of the school where petitioner is working forwarded a report dated 31st January, 2024 and it was disclosed in the said report that the then Administrator of the school vide resolution dated

28th August, 2019 refused to grant prayer of the petitioner for child care leave. It is also disclosed in the communication filed today that the Headmaster of the school intimated the petitioner over telephone that petitioner's prayer for child care leave was rejected. Thereafter, petitioner attended the school from 29th August, 2019 to 31st August, 2019, but remained absent from 2nd September, 2019 to 16 th September, 2019.

5. Today, it is not demonstrated on behalf of the petitioner how she is entitled to get sanction of child care leave as prayed for.

6. In view of aforesaid situation, no relief can be granted, writ petition stands dismissed.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
