Ghosh Mr. Ranjit Chatterjee Mr. Subhrangsu Panda ......for the KMC By the order dated 17th January, 2023, the parties were given an opportunity to sort out the matter by way of a direction of the Bank to hand over the title deeds to the petitioner by 10:30 a.m. today.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Bank submits that the direction has been complied with. Counsel further submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with a further direction on the Bank to fix the date for execution and registration of a conveyance for sale of the immovable property by the Bank in favour of the petitioner.

WPA 435 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of with the direction on the respondent No. 2 being The Federal Bank to execute the deed of conveyance and register the same within a period of eight weeks from date. (Moushumi Bhattacharya, J.)
