Both the learned advocates on behalf of the parties to this application are present.

Learned advocate on behalf of the applicant/ claimant filed the instant application with a prayer for correction of the name of the claimant no.2, i.e., name of Wahida Begam @ Ahida Khatun be replaced by the name Wahida Begum. In support of the contention, Aadhaar Card and PAN Card have been annexed with this application.

Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the prayer is allowed. Wahida Begam @ Ahida Khatun be replaced by the name Wahida Begum.

Department is directed to correct the cause title of the Memorandum of Appeal by incorporating the correct name of the claimant no.2, i.e., Wahida Begum. The application, being CAN 4 of 2023, stands disposed of.
