It appears from the records that the petitioner approached this Court earlier praying for anticipatory bail. The said application being CRM No.4818 of 2019 was dismissed by an order dated 25th June, 2019. There has been no change in the facts and circumstances of the case due to subsequent events and in view thereof, we are not inclined to allow the present application.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM No.247 of 2021, is dismissed.
